Margaret Fingerhut’s Concert in Canterbury

What an evening packed with love and solidarity!

Thanks to Margaret’s concert, the East Kent Network of Sanctuary raised nearly £1,000 towards the resettlement of a refugee family, from a camp in the MENA region to Canterbury.

Indeed, all proceeds from the concert went to Canterbury Welcomes Refugees, a charity committed to bringing a refugee family to Canterbury through the Government’s Community Sponsorship scheme. For more info please email: [email protected]

Thank you so much to all who volunteered on the day,  the beautiful audience,  the beautiful people at Canterbury Welcomes Refugees, the fantastic supporters at KRAN, https://kran.org.uk/,

who helped us reach a wider audience.

Thank you to Margaret, of course, for her music, love and good vibes!
